Access Control

Where access control sits on a fire door or escape route, it has to fail safe the moment the fire alarm activates. That's a BS 7273‑4 requirement, and it sits directly at the overlap between our two specialisms.
We're based in Stockport and install access control systems across Greater Manchester, Cheshire and the Peak District, with sites covered further afield across the UK.
BS 7273‑4
BS 7273-4 governs how access control on a fire door or escape route must release when the fire alarm activates. Because we design fire alarms ourselves, the interlock is specified as part of the system from day one.
